My wife stayed at the Blue Ash Embassy Suites hotel about 15 years ago, it was great. My family stayed this past weekend and things have definitely changed. The pool was small and crowded, the managers special did not include snacks and the breakfast, which used to include made to order omelets, was below average. In our room, the bathroom shower had crumbling drywall in the tub and a wet ceiling from ongoing water damage. We won't be back.

Our room was dirty. We physically cleaned the air vents and toilet seat was dirty so with our own antibacterial wipes we cleaned and wiped down the entire room. Desk light did not work. Phone charger did not work. Bedroom remote did not work.broken sofa lamp. Crumbs on carpet in front of large mirror.

This hotel is unbelievably clean! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy the hide a bed was a really hard. The hotel staff are all very polite, hard working individuals. The amenities were an added bonus (social hour from 5:30 7:30 with drinks and snacks). Breakfast was delicious we loved the made to order omelette and pancakes. If we return to this part of Ohio again, we will definitely be back.

It was a very very poor experience. Hotel was completely outdated. Kids were knocking on our door after midnight. There was a table literally right outside our room and I had to go out and politely ask another group of kids to quiet down after 1am. Our toilet backed up. It was not a good experience!
